Is it true?

It was nice to read this article. The last part was really thrilling. I like that kind of ending. But I don`t think the whole of the curse was true because if so, somebody would try to find the mummy under the sea and the curse would have been more shocking news all over the world, although I had never heard it before. Have you guys heard the curse?  Do you think it is famous? Just tell me what you know.
